Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
1.Mechanical (Optical, Electronic & Plastic trades) : Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Technology from any recognized university/institution.
2.Electrical posts : Degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology from any recognized university/institution.
3.Civil posts : Degree in Civil Engineering/Technology from any recognized university/institution.
4.Metallurgical posts: Master’s Degree in Chemistry from recognized university/ Institution or Degree in Engineering/ Technology in the respective field from a recognized university/Institution.
5.Chemical ( Environmental Science & technology. Rubber & Polymers trades) posts: Master’s degree in Chemistry from recognized University / Institution or Degree in Engineering/ Technology in the relevant field from a duly recognized university/ Institution.
6.Clothing posts: Master’s Degree in Chemistry from recognized university/ Institution OR Degree in Engineering/ Technology in the related field from recognized university/ Institution or M.Sc. degree in Fashion Technology, Garment Manufacturing or Garment Technology from any recognized University.
7.Leather posts: Master’s Degree in Chemistry from recognized university/ Institution OR Degree in Engineering/ Technology in the respective field from recognized university/Institution.

Age Limit Criteria:
Should not exceed 30 years of age. Age relaxation shall be applicable as per the rules.
Selection Procedure:
The candidates who have applied for IOF Junior Work Manager jobs 2016 accordingly as per the rules of the Ordnance Factory Board will be selected on the basis of the merit scored in the following stages.
