SLST 2016 Eligibility Criteria:
I. Honours graduate/ Post Graduate with at least 50% Marks (or its equivalent) from UGC recognized University and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)from National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution OR,
II. Honours Graduate/ Post Graduate with at least 45% marks or its equivalent form UGC recognized University and Bachelore of Education (B.Ed) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution in accordance with the National Council for Teacher Education. OR
III. Honours Graduate/Post Graduate with at least 50% marks (or its equivalent) from UGC recognized University and B.A. Ed. /B.Sc.Ed from any National Council for Teachers’ Education recognized institution.
IV. Relaxation of 5% of marks for Reserved Category Candidates.

Candidates can pay the prescirbed application fee through e-challan of Allahabad Bank which can be printed after feeding his/her details at official website of The West Bengal School Service Commission (i.e. www.westbengalssc.com). After taken a printout copy of the Cash e-challan, visit any branch of Allahabad Bank in West Bengal to submit the fees after 24 hours (during banking hours).
