Post Qualification Criteria:

Age Qualification:

Essential Educational Qualification: 
1. Executive posts:
-- Operations (Cracker, Polymer, Utilities & Offsites, OCG, Technical Services): 1st class Bachelor Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering / Polymer Technology for Cracker and Polymer Operations with experience in relevant field and Bachelor Engineering degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical with experience in relevant field.
-- Maintenance (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation): 1st class Bachelor Engineering degree in relevant engineering field with experience in relevant field.
-- HSE: 1st class Bachelor engineering degree preferably in Chemical / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety and relevant HSE experience.
-- FIRE: 1st class Bachelor degree in Fire Engineering with relevant experience of Fire department.
-- Quality Labs: 1st class M.Sc. in Chemistry/Plastic Technology/Polymer Technology with relevant experience in Quality Labs/Process Control of Petrochemical / Refinery / Chemical / Fertiliser Industries.
-- Marketing: 1st class Bachelor degree in Engineering OR Full time MBA/PG Qualification in Marketing / SCM and with relevant experience in Business Development / Sales / Logistics / Shipping / Technical Services.
-- Finance: CA / ICWA with experience in Project Finance, Equity Management, implementation of IFRS/MBA (Finance) degree.
-- Human Resource: MBA or equivalent degree in HR/MBBS degree/Bachelor  engineering degree in Civil/Electrical engineering with experience in relevant field.
-- Security: Graduate with experience in armed forces / Central Police Organizations / Security Management Large size organisation with 05 years experience.
-- Coorporate Communication: MBA with specialisation in Mass Communication or Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication / Public Relations / Advertising.
-- Materials Management: 1st class Bachelor Degree in Engineering OR Full time MBA in SCM/MM/Operations with experience in Materials Management in large size Organisation.
-- Information Technology: 1st class Bachelor Engineering Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/Electronics & Telecommunications OR Masters of Computer Application (MCA).
-- Legal: LLB Degree Experience in dealing legal issues relating to tendering process, EPC contracts, arbitration, Labour Laws.

2. Non Executive posts:
-- Operation (Cracker, Polymer, Utilities & Off sites): 1st class Diploma in Chemical Engineering/ Petrochemical Engineering.
-- Security: Graduate in any discipline with min 5-7 years of post qualification experience in supervisory role in relevant field.
-- Materials Management: 1st class Diploma in Materials Managements/Inventory control or Graduate with 1 Year post graduate Diploma in Materials Management/Inventory Management or Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
-- Company Secretary: 1st class Graduate with computer knowledge in MS-Office.
