5. Project Assistant: 01 Post
6. District Functional Expert: 08 Posts
7. Block Coordinator: 63 Posts

Post Qualification Criteria:

Age Qualification: 
1. Chief Operating Officer: Below 50 years.
2. State Project Manager: 25-45 years.
3. Project Manager: 25-40 years.
4. Project Executive: 23-40 years.
5. Project Assistant: 23-40 years.
6. District Functional Expert: 23-40 years.
7. Block Coordinator: 23-40 years.

Essential Educational Qualification: 
1. Chief Operating Officer: Post Graduate degree with 10+ years of post qualification experience in social/community development sector, out of which at least 3 years should be on skill development and placement projects of considerable size and scale.
2. Project Manager: Post Graduate degree with 5+ years of post qualification experience in social/community development sector, out of which at least 1 year should be on skill development and placement projects of considerable size and scale.
3. Project Assistant: Post Graduate degree with 2+ years of post qualification experience in Human Resource/Facility Management sector.
4. Block Coordinator: Graduate with 1 + year of post qualification experience in social/community development sector.

Other Details of Recruitment

Pay Scale: 
1. Chief Operating Officer: Gross Salary - Rs.60,000.00/- PM.
2. State Project Manager: Gross Salary - Rs.45,000.00/- PM.
3. Project Manager: Gross Salary - Rs.35,000.00/- PM.
4. Project Executive: Gross Salary - Rs.30,000.00/- PM.
5. Project Assistant: Gross Salary - Rs.25,000.00/- PM.
6. District Functional Expert: Gross Salary - Rs.25,000.00/- PM.
7. Block Coordinator: Gross Salary - Rs.15,400.00/- PM.
NOTE: 10 % annual increment as per ASRLMS rules.
