Post Qualification Criteria:

Age Qualification: 
1. Senior Consultant
-- Gender Rights, Gender based violence and Law enforcement : Age limit 35-55 years.
-- Information Technology : Age limit 35-55 years.
-- Awareness Generation, Advocacy and Mass Communication : Age limit 35-55 years.
2. Training & Capacity Building Coordinator
-- Poverty Alleviation and Economic Empowerment : Age limit 30-45 years.
-- Gender Budgeting, Gender Mainstreaming and Gender Audit : Age limit 30-45 years.
3. Coordinator
-- Media, Awareness Generation, Advocacy and Mass Communication : Age limit 30-45 years.

Essential Educational Qualification: 
1. Senior Consultant
-- Gender Rights, Gender based violence and Law enforcement : Candidate must be a Master’s degree in Law/ Human Rights from an institute of repute. and having minimum overall 10 years of experience.
-- Information Technology : Candidate must be a Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Applications or Degree in Computer Engineering. and having minimum overall 10 years of experience.
-- Awareness Generation, Advocacy and Mass Communication : Candidate must be a Master’s degree Mass Communication/ Journalism/ any other related field with 5 Years experience in respective field for this job.
2. Training & Capacity Building Coordinator
-- Poverty Alleviation and Economic Empowerment : Master’s Degree in Economics/ Governance/ Social work/ any other related field and Minimum experience of 5 years of working on economic empowerment issues with special focus on training and capacity building is highly desirable.
-- Gender Budgeting, Gender Mainstreaming and Gender Audit : Master’s Degree in Social work/Economics/Women’s studies/Governance/any other related field and Minimum experience of 5 years of working.
3. Coordinator
-- Media, Awareness Generation, Advocacy and Mass Communication : Master’s Degree in Mass Communication/Journalism/any other related field and Minimum experience of 3 years in the field of mass communication.

Other Details of Recruitment

Pay Scale: 
1. Senior Consultant
-- Gender Rights, Gender based violence and Law enforcement : Rs.60000-75000 per month.
-- Information Technology : Rs.60000-75000 per month.
-- Awareness Generation, Advocacy and Mass Communication : Rs.60000-75000 per month.
2. Training & Capacity Building Coordinator
-- Poverty Alleviation and Economic Empowerment : Rs.45000-60000 per month.
-- Gender Budgeting, Gender Mainstreaming and Gender Audit : Rs.45000-60000 per month.
3. Coordinator
