National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) Limited has given a notification for the recruitment of 33 Jt. General Manager, Assistant Manager, Dy.Manager, Sr Manager vacancies under the Ministry of Steel, Government of India.
The candidate should ensure that he/she fulfill minimum eligibility criteria for post and other norm as mentioned in the notification before applying , and may apply in the prescribed format on or before 12-10-2015. Post Qualification Criteria:

Age Qualification: 
Candidates age should be 52 years for General Manager (E8), Jt. General Manager (E7), Dy. General Manager (E6), 50 years for Asst. General Manager (E5), Sr. Manager (E4), 45 years for Manager (E3), Dy. Manager (E2) & Asst Manager (E1) as on 12-10-2015.
Age relaxation will be applicable 5 years for SC/ ST candidates and 3 years for OBC (NCL)/
PwD candidates as per Govt. Guidelines.

Essential Educational Qualification: 
Candidate should possess Degree in Civil/ Metallurgical Engineering or Graduation with 2 years PG Degree/Diploma in Sociology/ Social Work/ Labour Welfare/ Personnel Management/ IR or MBA in HR/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with relevant experience from a recognized University.
