Post Qualification Criteria:
Age Qualification:
1. Lab Technician: 18 to 40 years
2. X-Ray Technician: 18 to 40 years
3. Physiotherapy Technician: 18 to 40 years
4. Dental Hygienist: 18 to 40 years
5. Pharmacist (Allopathy): 18 to 40 years
6. Pharmacist (Homeopathy): 18 to 40 years
7. Pharmacist (Ayurved): 21-40 years
8. Pharmacist: 21-40 years

Essential Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess relevant degree in respective field for different posts as follows.
1. Lab Technician: Intermediate with Diploma in Laboratory Technician course.
2. X-Ray Technician: Diploma in X-Ray Technician.
3. Physiotherapy Technician: Intermediate with Science & 09 months training certificate
in Physiotherapy Technician.
4. Dental Hygienist: Intermediate (Science-Biology group) Diploma in Dental Hygiene.

It is mandatory to submit the fee through E-Challan.Candidates should have to deposit the fee in any of the branches of State Bank of India.
--For UR (General) & OBC candidates- Rs. 80/- + Rs. 25/- Online Processing Fee .
--For SC & ST candidates- Rs. 40/- + Rs. 25/- Online Processing Fee.
--For PH candidates have to Rs. 25/- Processing Fee only.
