Desirous candidates may read the following mentioned information carefully before applying online,for the vacancies of Indian Army Recruitment 2015 as Indian Army has released notification for the recruitment of MALE Engineering Graduates for Grant of Permanent Commission in the Army in all Arms/Services. 123rd Technical Graduate Course will commence in July 2016 at Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Eligible candidates are requested to apply online through provided portal for this recruitment from 28-09-2015 to 27-10-2015 till 1700 hrs. NOTE : These vacancies are tentative and may be changed depending on availability of training slots. No equivalence of Engineering stream will be accepted.

Post Qualification Criteria:

Age Qualification: 
-- 20 to 27 years as on 01 Jul 2016.
-- Candidates must be born between 02 Jul 89 and 01 Jul 96, both dates inclusive.

Essential Educational Qualification: 
Candidates should have passed Engineering Degree or be in the final year of Engineering Degree course. The candidates in the final year of Degree Course should complete all their examinations related to the degree, prior to 01 July 2016.

Applications will only be accepted online through provided facility for this recruitment. Fill the online registration form. Note the userid and password. Tips to assist in filling up fields have been provided on ONLINE APPLICATION. Before submitting the application check the entries made and save the application. After submitting, take two copies of the printout and the Roll Number generated by the system. No need to send any hard copy at this stage. When candidates call for SSB, should bring printout of filled in form along with self photocopies of relevant documents.
(a) Applications will only be accepted online on website “www.joinindianarmy.nic.in”. Click on Officer Menu then go to How to Apply and then click ONLINE APPLICATION. Fill the online registration form. Note down the userid and password. Tips to assist in filling up fields have been provided as you click on ONLINE APPLICATION. Before submitting the application check the entries made and save the application. After submitting, take two copies of the printout and the Roll Number generated by the system.
(b) Documents to be carried to the Selection Centre by the candidate:-
-- One copy of the Print out of application duly signed and affixed with photograph self attested by the candidate.
-- Self attested copy of Matriculation or equivalent certificate for age proof.
-- Self attested copy of 12th Class Certificate & Marksheet.
-- Self attested copy of Engineering Degree/Provisional Degree
-- Self attested copy of Mark sheets of all Semesters
-- Certificate from the Principal/Head of the Institution stating that the candidate is in final year and all exams will be over by 01 July 2016, for final year candidates.
-- All certificates in original. Originals will be returned after verification at the Service Selection Board itself.
(c) Any candidate who does not carry these entire documents for the SSB interview, his candidature will be cancelled.
(d) The second copy of the printout of online application is to be retained by the candidate for his reference. No need to send any hard copy to DG Recruiting.
(e) Candidates must submit only one application. Receipt of multiple applications from the same candidate will result in cancellation of candidature.

Selection Process: 
(1) Short listing of Applications. Integrated HQ of MoD(Army) reserves the right to shortlist applications and to fix cutoff percentage of marks for each Engineering discipline/ stream without assigning any reason .
(2) Only shortlisted eligible candidates depending on the cutoff percentage will be interviewed at Selection Centres, Allahabad (UP), Bhopal (MP) and Bangalore (Karnataka) by Psychologist, Group Testing Officer and Interviewing Officer. Call Up letter for SSB interview will be issued by the respective Selection Centres, through candidate’s registered e-mail id and through SMS. Candidates will not be interviewed locally. Allotment of Selection Centre is at the discretion of DG Rtg, IHQ MoD (Army) and no request for changes are entertained in this regard.
(3) SSB Interviews will be held from Jan 2016 onwards.
(4) Candidates will put through two stage selection procedure. Those who clear Stage I will go to Stage II. Those who fail in Stage I will be returned on the same date. Duration of SSB interviews is five days excluding day of arrival.

--The minimum age of the Candidates for the Indian Army Recruitment 2015 is 16½ years.
--The maximum age of the Candidates for the Indian Army Recruitment 2015 is 19½ years.
--Candidate should not be born before 01-01-1997 and not after 01-01-2000.

Candidates should possess 10+2 Examination or its equivalent with 70 % marks.

Application will only be accepted on line. To do so the candidates needs to click on the “online application” button on website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.
(1) Candidates must enter their particulars in the online application. Terms and conditions linked to the form must be read, prior to submitting the form.
(2) After submitting the form an acknowledgement with a Roll number will be provided to the candidate. If the system does not generate Roll Number, it is an indication of non acceptance of application by the system.
(3) After submitting online application, candidates are required to obtain two copies of the application printout and the Roll Number generated by the system. One copy of the print out application duly Signed by the candidate will be carried to the selection centre for the SSB interview.
(4)Following documents will be carried along with the Application Form :-
(i) Class 10th Certificate/Mark sheet showing DOB in original
(ii) Class 12th Certificate/Mark sheet in original
(iii) ID proof in original
(5) Two self attested photocopies of the above mentioned certificates will be submitted at the time of SSB interview and originals will be returned after verification at the SSB itself.
(6) 20 copies of self attested PP size photograph will also be carried along with the application Form.
(7) The second copy of the printout of online application is to retained by the candidate for his reference. No need to send any hard copy to DG Rtg / Rtg Dte.
(8) Candidates must submit only one application, Receipt of multiple applications from the same candidate will result in cancellation of candidature.

Selection Process: 
(1)Candidates will be shortilsted based on cut% applied as decided by the Rtg Dte.
(2)Shortlisetd candidates will be intimated via e-mail/sms regarding their Selection Centre allotment.
(3)Once Selection Centre has been allotted, candidates will select their SSB dates of first cum first service basis by logging on to respective Selection Centre links forwarded via e-mail.
(4)Short listed candidates will be put through Services Selection Board (SSB) interview at Bhopal, Bangalore or Allahabad. Interviews will be held in Feb/Mar 2016 onwards.
(5)Duration of SSB interviews is five days excluding day of arrival. During their stay at SSB, Candidates are put through psychological Test, Group test and Interviews.
(6)Candidates will be put through stage-I of the selection procedure on the first day. Only successful candidates shall be retained for balance of the testing. Candiates who fail to qualify in stage -I, will be returned on the first day itself, Stage I are psychologically originated test including inteligence test.
(7)Successful candidates at the SSB will be required to undergo medical test lasting 3 to 5 days less Sundays and gazetted holidays.
(8)Candidates recommended by the SSB and declared medically fit, will be appointed for training in the order of merit, depending on the number of vacancies available.
(9)The finally selected candidates will execute all the Bonds/Certificates as prescribed for the Cadets of NDA entry under Al 53/78.
